In Grounded Peace, you’ll learn to release the hustle, tune into your body with compassion, and root your health in Scripture instead of shame.

Curriculum

WEEK 1: The role of neuroplasticity, manifestation, and meditation from a Biblical perspective

WEEK 2: The Enneagram as a tool to understand why and how you’re wired – if you don’t know your Enneagram number, we will figure it out together here

WEEK 3: Working from rest versus earning rest and how we can rest and also steward the resources we’ve been given well

WEEK 4: Mindset shifts to navigate body image, identity and habit formation, anxiety, worry, and limiting beliefs

WEEK 5: Physical healing through spiritual truths, including boundary setting and soul care practices. We will also dig into the Biblical component of my Nourish Your Life Framework – seeing faith inside the processes of Revive, Cultivate, Flourish, and Bloom

WEEK 6: Daily practices to implement these ideas into your health journey without adding more strain, stress, or mental load

Hi, I’m Stephanie!

In working with clients, I’ve found that regardless of what the struggles, symptoms, or concerns are, at the root is a deep rooted sense of stress on the body.

If you’ve done ALL the right nutrition and activity and rest necessary for your health and still aren’t seeing results, it’s time to look deeper.

What we DO for our bodies matters (nutrition, movement, sleep), but those things only work as much as we also address what got us to the point of symptoms or illness in the first place.

The mindset that got you into your current situation isn’t the one that will get you out of it.

When does this mastermind start?

The Spring 2026 cohort will start the last week of March and run until the first week of May.

When are the group calls?

Group calls will be determined via a survey after enrollment to ensure a time that works for the majority of the group.

What if I can't attend live?

Group calls will be recorded and uploaded within 24 hours for you to watch on your own time. Recorded calls are only available to group participants and will not be distributed or used elsewhere for the privacy of the conversations held in this space.

How long do I have access to recordings and materials?

You get continued access to the recordings and resources in this group after it is over.

Will you offer this group again in the future?

Yes, the plan is to hold discipleship group cohorts each Spring and Fall.
