Ready to feel vibrant and confidently reach your goals this year?

Let me help you create a custom plan to get there!

Healing takes time. I work with clients for months at a time specifically because of this. But there are many clients who do see quick wins FAST when we start working together. They report going from exhausted to energized in just one week.

So what is the secret to feeling better NOW?

How to go from Exhausted to Energized in One Week:

I’m going to sound like a broken record on this one. But the clients who see more energy within the first week are the ones who:

Make their health a priority.

They take it seriously. They get their family onboard. They are willing to reframe their days and their schedules to make time for what they need to do to feel better. If you want to see positive changes, reduce symptoms, reach your goals, and live your life to the fullest, you need to commit to what it is you are willing to do to get there.

Start eating breakfast within an hour of waking up.

Breakfast is HUGE for getting our metabolism going for the day and sustaining all day energy. A breakfast with 30 g of protein + fat + fiber is going to be the single best thing you can do for your energy levels later in the day. Yes, intermittent fasting is still a big trend, but in order for you to have the energy to start your day and fuel you all day long, you need to feed it. Protein + Healthy Fat + Fiber every 3-4 hours starting with breakfast.

Incorporate intentional movement into their mornings.

Walking outside and getting direct sunshine on your eyeballs as early in the morning as you can will set you up for not just a more energizing day, but also more restorative sleep at night. And more restorative sleep will then help to have a more energizing next day, and the cycle continues. If you want better sleep at night, you need to start with light in the morning. Another bonus of morning light and movement is that it energizes you for your tasks ahead during the day as well.

Add minerals to their diet.

The number one reason for fatigue is an exhaustion of sodium, potassium, and magnesium. A daily adrenal cocktail and magnesium before bed can help immensely. And many see benefits within just a few days. Our cells need to be hydrated to function well. That daily 3 pm slump you’re constantly struggling through probably needs a does of minerals instead of yet another cup of coffee. Give it a try next time and see how you feel.

Are you ready to take charge of your health? Start building these habits every day, and let me know how you feel!
